Throughout my life, I have found helping and caring for people very rewarding, especially for elders. So it
came as no surprise that I completed my occupational training programs and workshop specific to the care of dependent older adults. My compassion and satisfaction that comes from helping and caring for people has led me to completing my certification as a Nurse Case Manager.
I find it rewarding and enjoy caring for older adults. I enjoyed their company, intelligence, knowledge and wisdom. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't learn something new from a client and his family that makes what I do extremely gratifying. If I can help make the activities of daily living easier for my clients, making them more comfortable and improving
the quality of their life, that's all I need. This provides me a great deal of personal satisfaction.
I have many years of experienced working with older
adults in hospitals, nursing homes and home health care. My experienced gave me in depth knowledge and insights into the kind of caring and services our clients need. In addition, helps me have a much better rapport with my nurses and caregivers when, as one of my RNs put it, "You know what happens in homes because you've been there." And together... we are a team, dedicated to provide you the best care possible for your loved ones.
Golden Care's philosophy is simple, "Caring First." What we are working for is to have the most satisfied clients. "We believe that giving you the highest quality of care isn't everything, it's the only thing."
Our goal is to constantly improve our services to meet the needs of our clients. Each nurses and caregivers are committed to the promotion of quality care, reliability, and
understands the direct relationship to our success, that is… to render more and better services than is expected of us.
